Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for demanding construction projects and overall construction management, receiving the necessary freedom to shape your work to fully apply your experience and know-how. You are responsible for the professional control and coordination of all project participants and contribute to high-quality results with your structured and solution-oriented working style. Responsibilities:
You are responsible for planning and implementing demanding conversion and renovation projects from preparation to completion.
You manage tenders, conduct negotiations and oversee the awarding of contractor services.
You monitor costs, deadlines and quality and ensure successful project realisation.
You lead the construction management, coordinate execution and accompany inspections as well as the rectification of defects.
You are the central contact person for clients, specialist planners, companies and internal property management.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an architect, construction manager, construction technician or a comparable further education.
You have solid experience in construction and project management, ideally in the area of renovation and maintenance.
You are familiar with the relevant SIA standards as well as Swiss building regulations.
You work confidently with IT and CAD programmes such as Messerli, ArchiCAD or MS Project.
You convince with your structured working style, confident appearance and pronounced communication skills.
