Your tasks – our position
- Professional care and nursing of patients and ensuring care adapted to their needs involving relatives
- Co-responsibility for evidence-based nursing quality and participation in the continuous improvement process
- Promotion of goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensuring future expertise through motivated guidance and support of our trainees
Your skills – our requirements
- Diploma as a nurse HF/FH
- (Ideally) professional experience in acute medicine
- Independent working, strong sense of responsibility and high quality standards for own work
- Organised and conscientious working style
- Team spirit, flexibility, resilience
- Communication in German or French (spoken and written) with knowledge of the other language
