The Bankruptcy Office, based in St. Gallen with regional offices in Wil, Rapperswil-Jona, and Buchs, is responsible for conducting all bankruptcy proceedings concerning private individuals, companies, and over-indebted estates.
From 1 September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a proactive personality for the Rapperswil-Jona regional office as
Regional Office Manager / Bankruptcy Office (m/f/d)
Workload: 80-100%
Workplace: Rapperswil-Jona
What to expect
- You will lead the Rapperswil-Jona regional office with four employees in professional, organisational, and personnel matters
- You will be part of the management team and contribute to the development of the office in close contact with the office management and other regional office managers
- You will independently conduct bankruptcy proceedings in the See-Gaster region and Toggenburg, both internally and externally
What distinguishes you
- You are a prudent leader with analytical and solution-oriented thinking and acting, ideally with prior leadership experience
- You have sound knowledge and professional experience in debt enforcement and bankruptcy law
- You are decisive, assertive, resilient, and responsible
- You have a completed degree with a legal or economic background or a basic education with further training in economic, legal, or specialised fields
