Senior Solution Architect – Customer Experience
Job Description
Ready to help shape the best customer experience?
This is what gets you up in the morning:
- In workshops, you advise our customers on technical matters related to CRM (Customer Relationship Management), a cloud solution based on the Microsoft Power Platform
- You create concepts for system architecture, etc.
- You take responsibility for solution design and implementation, and communicate with customers on a technical level.
- You actively engage with product innovations and become known internally and externally for your expertise in "leading edge technology".
- You convince with your pragmatic approach to solving problems and your way of explaining technical matters simply.
We expect from you:
- Experience in the CRM field (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Cobra CRM, or similar)
- A strong passion for new technologies, especially in the Microsoft environment.
- Enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, whether in knowledge base articles, blog posts, reference cases, LinkedIn posts, or elsewhere.
- A heart for our customers. You quickly understand their needs, find pragmatic solutions, and know how to implement them technically.
- Motivated to learn new things and grow personally.
- IT background and/or a (technical) university degree in business informatics or computer science.
- Interested in a workload of 80-100%, with the main workplace optionally in Bern, Zurich, or Basel.
