For an international pharmaceutical company in the Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a motivated QA Specialist who would like to further develop their expertise in Quality Operations and External Manufacturing.
This is an excellent opportunity for a QA professional with first solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry to take on broader product quality responsibilities in an international GMP environment.
Start: 1 October 2026
Duration: 12 months
Hybrid: approx. 50% onsite
Your Responsibilities
- Provide QA oversight for products manufactured and tested at external manufacturing partners
- Review batch documentation and prepare Batch Release Packages to support final product disposition
- Review and follow up on deviations, investigations, OOS, CAPAs and change controls
- Collaborate with external manufacturers on quality topics and ensure timely completion of quality activities
- Review quality and validation documentation and identify potential GMP compliance gaps
- Support continuous improvement, product quality reviews, inspections and other QA activities
Your Profile
- BSc or equivalent degree in a scientific or pharmaceutical discipline
- At least 2 years of Quality Assurance experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Hands-on experience with GMP quality processes, such as deviations, investigations, CAPAs or change controls
- Experience with batch record review and/or batch release is a strong advantage
- Exposure to external manufacturing, biologics and/or sterile products is highly welcome
- Fluent English and strong communication skills; German is an advantage
