SAP Application Support Specialist (m/f/d)

You ensure that business processes are optimally mapped in the SAP system and that a smooth flow of information is guaranteed. In doing so, you accompany digitalisation, consider legal requirements and thus ensure stability and efficiency in SAP operations. You also drive innovations to sustainably increase productivity throughout the company. If you enjoy working at the interface between business and technology, you will actively shape the future of modern processes in this position.
Responsibilities:
Support of users in the SAP environment and ensuring reliable daily operations.
Analysis of incoming reports, independent troubleshooting and structured escalation of complex cases.
Evaluation of support data, identification of recurring error patterns and implementation of sustainable improvements.
Support of releases, implementation projects, rollouts and functional acceptance tests.
Creation and maintenance of knowledge articles, instructions as well as technical and process-related documentation.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science, business, logistics or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in SAP user support, ideally in a manufacturing company.
Experience with at least one SAP business area such as materials management, sales, production or warehouse logistics.
Analytical thinking, enjoyment of complex system interrelationships and a strong solution orientation.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills; familiar with common office and collaboration tools.
