Your duties:

• Provide geriatric and psychogeriatric nursing care according to current standards;
• Maintain effective and personalised communication with residents, their relatives and the teams;
• Identify crisis situations and apply appropriate measures;
• Practice active listening, supportive relationships and relational care;
• Participate in the supervision and training of staff;
• Manage the administration and logistics of nursing care as well as the organisation of the care unit.

Your profile:

• General nursing diploma or foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross;
• Fluency in French (native speaker or regular use);
• Versatile, calm, patient, meticulous;
• Ability to make decisions and organise working time effectively;
• Strong interest in human contact and teamwork.
