Health Care Assistant for Neurosurgery 80-100%

What are your main tasks?
- the focus is on comprehensive care of patients after neurosurgical procedures in tandem with a qualified nurse
- in doing so, you improve your acute care skills incorporating the nursing concepts of Bobath, Kinaesthetics, and Basal Stimulation
- independent work within the defined scope of competence is part of your daily routine
- rapidly changing and complex patient situations characterise your everyday work, where you actively contribute to constructive collaboration with the medical and therapeutic teams
What do you bring with you?
- you have completed training as a Health Care Assistant EFZ or will complete it soon
- you have already gained work experience in a hospital
- you are interested in the care of neurosurgical patients in a cutting-edge medical environment
- you are a socially competent, team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
- you appreciate a diverse and dynamic working environment
- you are willing to work in a three-shift system in any of the shifts
- you value interprofessional collaboration and enjoy actively shaping your work area
