- Support of international customers during commissioning, maintenance and technical queries
- Carrying out on-site service assignments (approx. 50%, worldwide)
- Technical training of customer personnel (on-site & digital)
- Participation in trade fair appearances and support of sales & country representatives
- Creation of technical documentation, layouts and schematics
- Feedback of service insights into product development
- Technical basic training, ideally as an electronics technician or similar
- Preferred age: 25-35 years
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Very good German / English / Italian and Spanish skills in spoken and written form, further languages advantageous
