System Engineer (m/f/d)

Telephone support for service technicians during installations & repairs
Analysis & troubleshooting of alarm transmission systems
Testing & commissioning of the alarm transmission infrastructure
Support of partners & suppliers
Documentation, training & project collaboration
Qualifications:
Basic training in IT/Electrical Engineering
Further training as Technician HF Telematics/IT/Communication is an advantage
Experience with communication networks, service, repair & commissioning
Experience in technical support
German & French very good spoken and written
