We are looking immediately for a Junior Recruiter (m/f/d) full-time and permanent at our location in Solothurn. Become part of a dedicated team that identifies top talents and presents the best candidates to our clients.
Tasks:
You conduct initial interviews with candidates generated through our social media campaigns.
You take on the pre-selection of suitable talents for our clients.
You document the interview results in our applicant management tool and professionally prepare candidate profiles.
As a brand ambassador for our clients, you convey relevant job and company information.
You combine recruiting with customer consulting by supporting both candidates and companies.
