What is my role?

You love technology and electrical work, enjoy working independently, and prefer being on the road rather than in the office? Then here is a role for you where no day is like the other.

Your mission: You are the face of our client and ensure that innovative lighting solutions work reliably for customers:

• You support customers throughout Switzerland, focusing on the French-speaking region, and ensure everything runs smoothly

• You independently carry out maintenance, repair, and installation work and take responsibility for quality

• You spend one day per week in the workshop in Küttigen on site, the rest of the time you are out in the field

• In the workshop, you perform fault analyses and repairs, handle technical enquiries and changes, prepare cost estimates, and find quick, efficient solutions for complaints

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an assembly electrician, electrical installer, or comparable basic training

• Category B driving licence is mandatory

• Willingness to undertake longer daily car journeys

• Confident manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Independent and reliable working style

• Team spirit and flexibility

• IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office, SAP knowledge desirable

• Very good German skills, French an advantage
