Logistics Manager (M/F)
Reporting to the operations management, you will ensure the management and coordination of the company's logistics activities.
Your responsibilities
Reporting to the operations management, you will ensure the management and coordination of the company's logistics activities.
In this capacity, your main tasks are:
- Manage the teams of the Procurement and Shipping departments.
- Lead, coordinate and develop employees to ensure their skills advancement.
- Oversee the organisation of the department and optimise logistics flows in connection with the various company departments.
- Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement associated action plans.
- Supervise and coordinate inventories.
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance of logistics processes with current regulatory requirements.
Your profile
- Higher education in logistics, supply chain or equivalent field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with team management.
- Strong mastery of logistics flow and stock management.
- Very good knowledge of SAP; experience as a Key User is a real asset.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify pragmatic and effective solutions.
- Strong sense of continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- Natural leadership, interpersonal ease and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment requiring responsiveness, autonomy and priority management.
