Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Role:
Our client is a real estate company specialising in the management and care of properties. The company supports owners in the professional management of their real estate and handles administrative, commercial, and organisational tasks related to property management.
You can expect a varied field of activity with diverse tasks and contact with tenants, owners, and external service providers. Reliable support, personal collaboration, and a structured working method are central. You have the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute your expertise, and develop further in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive management of a real estate portfolio including residential and commercial properties.
You support tenants with their concerns, manage contract documents, and organise viewings and property handovers.
You plan and monitor maintenance work and coordinate the involved craftsmen and service partners.
You handle the financial planning of your properties, including rent accounting and budgeting.
You are the central contact person for owners and ensure that all processes comply with the applicable legal and operational requirements.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or real estate-related education.
You have already gained practical experience in the management of rental properties and commercial buildings.
You are familiar with the basics of Swiss tenancy law and the processes of property management.
You work confidently with MS Office and industry-standard property management systems.
You have fluent German language skills.
