Your Tasks and Perspectives

Maintenance and repair of operational and building technical systems in the assigned area of responsibility
Diverse customer support, from professional user support to complex interdisciplinary system parameterisation
Competent and courteous advice to our customers
Participation in projects and procurement of new systems and equipment
On-call duty

Technical basic training with specialisation in operational technology, preferably with professional experience in building technology (HVAC)
At least five years of professional experience and expertise in the maintenance and repair of operational technical systems and equipment
Strong methodological skills in developing solutions and interdisciplinary collaboration
IT user skills for planning, executing and documenting repairs and maintenance
Fluent German, both spoken and written
Residence within a maximum 25-minute travel distance (on-call duty)
