Your playground:

On the client side, you are their partner:

• You develop, advise and retain your client portfolio
• You understand their challenges and precisely analyse their recruitment needs
• You define the sought profiles with them and propose suitable solutions
• You maintain a close relationship through regular visits
• You support and advise them at every stage of the process
• You manage negotiations and contribute to the fulfilment of commitments

On the candidate side, you are their advisor:

• You search for and identify talents that truly match your clients’ needs
• You conduct interviews and assess skills, experience, motivation and potential
• You write adverts that encourage applications
• You present the right profiles to the right clients
• You prepare candidates for their interviews and support them until their integration
• You ensure attentive follow-up throughout the process, including during the probation period

In summary: you are present from the first contact until the recruitment success.

What we are looking for:

More than a perfect background, we are looking for a personality.

• You hold a degree from a higher education institution (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent training)
• Ideally, you have some professional experience in Switzerland
• You have an excellent command of French; English and/or German are a real asset
• You are proactive, organised and results-oriented
• You are genuinely attracted to business development and client relations
• You easily create contact and build a relationship of trust
• You appreciate autonomy while enjoying teamwork
• You have energy, curiosity and above all… the desire to make things happen
