Metalworker – Team Leader as Chief Assembler throughout Switzerland
Activities
- Independent management and organization of assembly projects in metal construction
- Leadership and coordination of assembly teams on site
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
- Contact person for construction management, architects, and customers on site
- Assistance in optimizing assembly processes
- Reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Completed training in metal construction (e.g., metalworker EFZ)
- Further training as chief assembler or several years of experience in a comparable position
- Leadership experience and pronounced teamwork skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B (BE advantageous)
