Building Services Planner Heating (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a specialist as Building Services Planner Heating / Project Manager for the independent planning and supervision of diverse building services projects. You will accompany heating projects from concept and preliminary design through to execution planning and specialist site management, increasingly taking on project responsibility. The focus is on the dimensioning of heating systems, CAD planning, tendering, and technical coordination with architecture, clients, and other building services trades. The position offers a varied environment in Swiss HVAC and building services planning with a high degree of professional responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of heating systems for new build, renovation, and refurbishment projects
Handling projects from concept, preliminary design, and construction project through to execution planning and specialist site management
Creation of CAD plans, schematic diagrams, floor plans, and technical detailed planning for heating systems
Conducting heat load calculations and dimensioning of heat distribution, pipe networks, and system components
Planning and design of heat generation and heat distribution systems, such as heat pumps and other energy-efficient heating systems
Preparation of tenders and specifications as well as support with offer comparisons and awarding contracts
Coordination of technical interfaces with architecture, construction management, electrical, ventilation, and sanitary
Conducting planning and coordination meetings and liaising with clients, installation companies, and suppliers
Taking over specialist site management for heating including quality, schedule, and execution control on site
Ensuring planning and execution in accordance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements, and building services guidelines
Supporting commissioning, acceptance, and defect rectification as well as updating technical project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as Building Services Planner EFZ Heating; training in ventilation or sanitary with corresponding heating experience also possible
Further education as Technician HF Building Services or comparable higher professional qualification advantageous
Professional experience in planning heating and building services systems
Knowledge of heat load calculation, system dimensioning, and hydraulic planning
Good user skills in CAD and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss energy and building services regulations
Experience in project management and specialist site management advantageous
