To strengthen our team in the canton of Fribourg, we are looking for a:

Facility Services Manager / Sector Manager (M/F)

As a Facility Services Manager / Sector Manager, you act as the link between clients, employees and management. You ensure the quality of services, supervise your teams, oversee the operational follow-up of sites and contribute to the development of the sector.

Your main responsibilities:

• Ensure the operational follow-up of sites: planning, organising and supervising cleaning services.
• Support new clients: starting contracts, setting up staff and monitoring quality.
• Carry out regular quality checks and ensure service compliance.
• Supervise, train and support employees on site: work techniques, instructions, schedule changes or contractual modifications.
• Participate in staff recruitment in collaboration with HR and ensure their integration.
• Verify compliance with internal rules: working hours, wearing of professional attire and adherence to company instructions.
• Supervise sector logistics: schedules, orders, equipment, products and equipment compliance.
• Maintain a trusting relationship with clients, gather their feedback and propose improvements or additional work.
• Report any anomalies or incidents likely to affect service quality or safety.

Your profile:

• Proven experience in team management in cleaning, maintenance or Facility Management.
• Good organisational skills, autonomy and rigour in operational follow-up.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to unforeseen field situations.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Good level of French (spoken and written), any other language is an asset.
