Production Maintenance Mechanic (m/f/d)

You are the technical backbone of our production operation – always intervening where there is a hitch. Whether faults, maintenance or conversions: with expertise and precision, you ensure smooth operation. Thanks to your commitment, mistakes become progress and repairs become improvements.
Responsibilities:
Immediate fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on production lines
Active support during system overhauls and conversions
Participation in continuous improvement projects (CIP)
If qualified: manufacture of special parts using machining or welding processes
Implementation of technical adjustments according to TPM principles
Qualifications:
Technical vocational training in mechanics or maintenance
Several years of experience in production maintenance
Careful, solution-oriented, resilient in shift work
Willingness to work weekends and night shifts (on-call duty)
Team player yet able to act independently
