Store Agent Jumper (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Individual advice on smartphones, mobile phone contracts, accessories, and digital services
• Recording and processing of service and repair requests
• Supporting customers with technical questions and applications
• Ensuring an appealing and professional store appearance
• Assisting with stock management, warehouse administration, and inventories
• Carrying out various administrative tasks in the store
• Active collaboration with the respective store teams
• Flexible deployment at different locations within the region

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or comparable professional experience
• Experience in telecommunications, electronics, or multimedia environment is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for smartphones, digital products, and modern technologies
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of sales
• Open, communicative, and likeable personality
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• High flexibility and willingness to work at different locations
