Your area of responsibility
- You take on the comprehensive care and support of patients from all surgical and internal medicine departments and apply your professional expertise specifically in the respective area of competence
- As part of a large interdisciplinary team, you make a decisive contribution to the recovery and therapy process of our patients and actively shape their treatment
- You work closely with relatives and support them in crisis situations
- A state-of-the-art clinical information system, which digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time and up to date, supports you around the clock
Your experience
- You bring at least one year of professional experience as a qualified nurse HF/FH in an acute hospital. Whether you are a career starter or an experienced professional - you are warmly welcome with us. After a structured induction period, a part-time workload from 40% is easily possible
- Ideally, you have attended the certificate course in monitoring care or are interested in completing this six-month additional training at XUND (Health Education Centre Central Switzerland)
- You are characterised by a reliable and precise way of working, enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in interdisciplinary exchange
- You treat your fellow human beings with respect and empathy and manage to maintain the necessary composure and empathy even in demanding situations
Your prospects
- You have direct patient contact, fully care for your assigned one to two patients and are in active exchange with the ward's own medical team
- We offer you the chance to contribute in a comprehensive field of activity and a large team with high personal responsibility; you will acquire broad and well-founded interdisciplinary expertise
- We accompany and support you on the path to further training that suits you (e.g. certificate course in monitoring care or NDS intensive care) - your workplace is an intensive care unit opened in 2017 with state-of-the-art workstations, comprehensive infrastructure and a view of greenery
