Role:
As a service technician, you commission tube forming machines worldwide at the customer site and train the operating and service personnel in the use of the equipment. Additionally, you carry out repairs and refresher training and prepare specifically for the respective customer projects already at the factory.
Responsibilities:
Worldwide commissioning of tube forming machines directly at the customer
Introduction and training of customer personnel in tube forming practice
Execution of repair assignments and refresher training
Participation in the final acceptance at the factory and familiarisation with customer-specific tools and forming products
Preparation for the respective customer projects and ensuring an efficient duration of deployment on site
Working on electrically or hydraulically operated forming machines with PLC control and proprietary software
Qualifications:
Completed training as a mechanic or comparable technical education
Basic knowledge in reading electrical schematics and hydraulics
Experience in maintenance is an advantage
Independent and reliable working style
Willingness for worldwide service assignments
Driving licence category B is an advantage
