Currently, a Finance and Accounting Specialist 80-100% is sought who will be responsible for financial accounting, financial statements, reporting, and the optimisation of financial processes. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take responsibility for financial accounting and ensure with your expertise that monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements are prepared on time, accurately, and according to applicable accounting standards
• Together with internal specialist departments, you prepare meaningful reports, analyse financial key figures, support budget and forecast processes, and make an important contribution to well-founded business decisions
• You continuously question, digitalise, and further develop financial processes, actively participate in cross-departmental projects, and contribute your know-how in modern ERP and controlling processes
• Close cooperation with audit, fiduciary, authorities, and various internal contacts characterises your varied daily routine and offers you plenty of scope for design and responsibility

You offer your new employer:

• You have a commercial basic education with a focus on finance and accounting or bring comparable solid expertise thanks to several years of professional experience
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a finance and accounting specialist or are on the way to doing so; alternatively, further training in accounting, controlling, or business administration is welcome
• Experience in financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), reporting, and handling ERP systems such as Abacus, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable solutions, as well as very good Excel skills, round off your profile perfectly
• An independent, reliable, and solution-oriented personality with team spirit, a quick grasp, and enjoyment of open collaboration fits excellently into this environment
