? What to expect
- You accompany patients and their relatives during a challenging phase of life with professional expertise, empathy and respect
- After an individual and structured induction, you gradually take over the independent care of your patients
- You work closely with an experienced interprofessional team and actively contribute your observations and expertise to the care
- You continuously develop your professional skills and deepen your knowledge in dealing with complex medical conditions, diverse medical technology and demanding care situations
- You support learners and interns and help to share knowledge and learn from each other
? What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You are a career starter or wish to switch from long-term care to university acute care
- Enjoy accompanying people with empathy, appreciation and respect
- Motivation to take responsibility and develop professionally
- Interest in working in an interprofessional team
