TEAM LEADER ORDER MANAGEMENT & PROCESS COORDINATION

YOUR TASKS
You not only ensure that secondary orders are handled properly – you make sure they do not arise in the first place. With your understanding of quality, your eye for connections, and your structured way of working, you bring stability to a central interface of our organisation. You lead the secondary orders team both professionally and personally, manage and prioritise ongoing orders, and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are met. At the same time, you analyse causes of errors along the entire process chain and consistently implement improvement measures. Together with sales, production planning, manufacturing, and assembly, you develop clear standards, sustainably optimise processes, and ensure smooth handovers to assembly and shipping.
WHAT YOU BRING
You have experience in production, production planning, or assembly and bring a strong understanding of quality and processes. Topics such as continuous improvement process (CIP), Lean, or process optimisation are familiar to you and align with your mindset. Ideally, you already have leadership experience or are ready to take on responsibility. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and communicate clearly and reliably. A technical basic education complemented by relevant professional experience rounds off your profile.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US
With us, you take on a central role with direct influence on the quality and stability of the entire organisation. You receive clear responsibility, decision-making scope, and the opportunity to actively shape and sustainably improve processes. You can expect a professional environment with clear structures, short decision-making paths, and development opportunities in leadership. For us, quality comes before speed. We rely on clear responsibility, reliable collaboration, and sustainable solutions.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
This role is not for pure administrators. We are looking for a personality who takes responsibility, understands processes, and consistently implements improvements.
