Project Manager for Execution at 100%

Your responsibilities

• In collaboration with management, you will be specifically responsible for:
• Managing and coordinating the planning and drafting teams
• Preparing quotes, schedules, and tender documents
• Managing tender sessions and the contractor selection process, in coordination with management
• Ensuring the monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality
• Ensuring compliance with standards, contractual requirements, and safety regulations
• Organising handovers, monitoring warranty work, and conducting project delivery

Your profile

• Training as an architect, ES technician in construction management, or architectural draughtsperson
• At least five years of professional experience in Switzerland in planning and construction management
• Excellent mastery of costing phases and tender document preparation
• Proficiency in common IT tools, notably Messerli, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to independently manage construction sites and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality
• Organisational skills, precision, and rigour
• Initiative, dynamism, and decision-making ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in communication with clients, contractors, and project owners
• A taste for teamwork
