Qualifications

• Training in butchery and delicatessen or equivalent experience in the field.
• Proven experience in sales and customer advice.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of current hygiene and food safety standards.
• Autonomy, rigour and initiative.
• Good oral expression in French.
