For our client, a company in the technology sector in the greater Zurich area, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a service-oriented and technically skilled person as
Your tasks
In this varied role, you will process quotations and orders and maintain contact with customers both by telephone and in writing, in German and French. You will maintain communication with suppliers and actively support the sales department in all areas, thereby making a significant contribution to customer satisfaction.
Your personality
For this role, you bring a commercial education as well as at least five years of professional experience in sales back office. You communicate confidently in German and French; additional languages (such as English and/or Italian) are an advantage. Secure PC skills, especially in MS Office and CRM systems, are required. Your working style is characterised by independence, reliability, and accuracy; moreover, you are a team player and resilient? Then Ms Silvia Hagen
