Your main mission within the team will be to ensure and optimise the indirect supplies of our site.

In this context:

• You will identify the needs for consumables to ensure supplies while establishing delivery plans
• You will be responsible for all supplies under your charge and will secure smooth operations by anticipating risks (delays, non-conformities, requests for technical modifications...)
• You will analyse supplier performance and implement action plans
• You will work closely with various internal departments to ensure that supplies meet the company’s needs and rules
• You may handle the follow-up and processing of supplier invoices

• Holder of a university or higher degree specialising in supply chain and/or logistics, you have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• You master reporting and data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel as well as the use of an ERP
• You are able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• You possess excellent active communication skills
• You are recognised for your ability to work autonomously, your proactivity and your aptitude to build trusting relationships with teams, suppliers and various stakeholders.
