Responsibilities:
- You lead the maintenance team and are responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all maintenance work
- You develop maintenance strategies and plans to ensure smooth operations
- You continuously monitor and optimise maintenance processes and systems
- You ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- You lead and motivate your team, promoting employee training and skills development
Qualifications:
- You have completed technical training, ideally supplemented by further education in maintenance or facility management
- You have several years of professional experience in maintenance, preferably with leadership responsibility
- You possess sound knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques as well as project management
- You have strong organisational skills and experience in staff management and development
- You are confident in using IT systems and ideally familiar with maintenance software
