System Engineer 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for a Senior System Engineer (M365) who designs modern, high-performance, and scalable workplace solutions for renowned clients from the healthcare, insurance, and industrial sectors. Your tasks include:

• Planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments

• Design and execution of cloud migration projects, especially in the area of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365

• Provision of solutions in the area of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 services

• Requirements analysis and development of solution concepts based on Microsoft cloud services

• Monitoring and analysis of disruptions or errors as well as continuous optimisation of the M365 and Azure environments

• Ensuring cloud security policies and implementing measures to comply with compliance requirements

• Support in automating and optimising workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, and other Microsoft tools

• Documentation of system configurations, changes, and processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist with several years of practical experience, ideally supplemented by higher professional education in the ICT field (e.g. HF, FH)

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and Azure cloud solutions

• Practical experience in the implementation and management of Microsoft Entra ID

• Familiarity with security and compliance topics (Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Security Center)

• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages

• Ideally experience with third-party systems and integrations in the M365/Azure environment

• Several years of experience in analysing ICT environments, developing solution concepts, and implementing ICT projects

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation

• Structured and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility

• Open personality with enthusiasm for finding new solutions

• Quick comprehension, accuracy, and independent working approach
