We are looking for a qualified

Toolmaker (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Independent conversion and setup of injection moulding machines
• Precise adjustment of machine parameters to ensure optimal production processes
• Programming and operation of linear robots (training and thorough induction will be provided)
• Monitoring product quality as well as comprehensive documentation of production data
• Targeted instruction and training of machine operators regarding packaging instructions and quality criteria
• Carrying out regular maintenance and cleaning work on production equipment

Your skills:

• Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or plastics technologist
• Two to five years of solid professional experience in the plastics industry
• Proven practical knowledge in setting up and operating injection moulding machines.
• Experience in programming linear robots is an advantage
• Careful, structured working method with strong technical understanding
• Strong team and communication skills, especially in guiding operating personnel
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (early and late shift)
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
