Your Tasks

As an intern, you will support the Technology and Service Management teams in their strategically important tasks and get to know central IT capabilities:

• Support throughout the entire IT Service Management lifecycle, especially continuous service and process optimisation
• Collaboration in managing our suppliers and partners
• Participation in the procurement of IT services, in the form of consulting and supporting the specialist departments and ensuring that processes and guidelines are adhered to
• Professionalisation of IT procurement through optimisation of documentation, evaluations and instructions
• Coordination of our major software releases, maintenance windows and the system landscapes behind them
• Support in planning and conducting tests as part of releases as well as test automation
• Support and accompaniment of IT projects

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics (University or University of Applied Sciences)
• Strong analytical skills as well as high personal responsibility and independence
• Good communication skills and assertiveness
• Organisational skills and precise working method
• Initiative and high self-motivation
• Enjoyment of internal or external customer contact
• Fluency in spoken and written language
