What is my role?
Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator as the central interface between production and maintenance. In this key position, you are responsible for the technical availability of state-of-the-art production facilities.
The following tasks await you in this position:
You ensure compliance with the highest safety standards in all technical interventions and monitor relevant regulations
You coordinate the solution-finding process for technical challenges and bring together the right experts as a professional initiator without disciplinary leadership responsibility
Through systematic fault analyses, you maximise plant availability and develop preventive strategies
You continuously optimise maintenance processes and establish best practices for various maintenance cycles
As a sparring partner, you support colleagues in their professional development and promote knowledge exchange within the team
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed a technical education, ideally with a Swiss Federal Certificate, BTS or comparable qualification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation or a similar field.
Additionally, you score points with:
Several years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, where you have already managed complex systems
Confident handling of technical drawings as well as experience in setting up and adjusting machines
Solid knowledge of fault analysis methods such as RCA or 8D and the ability to approach complex technical problems in a structured manner
Strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and the ability to keep a cool head even under pressure
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an international, multilingual team
Flexibility in working hours. Shift work and occasional weekend work are included
