Employee Technical Center & Quality Control

• Conducting laboratory analyses on finished products, dry blends and granulates including precise documentation
• Monitoring and calibration of controlled testing and measuring equipment
• Performing examination methods such as K extrusion, rolling tests, laboratory kneader tests as well as physical tests
• Incoming inspections of raw materials (PVC resins, plasticisers) as well as analyses of customer complaint samples
• Production of powder mixtures, granulates and injection moulding test plaques for production and colour control
• Determination of physical and analytical parameters (e.g. Vicat softening temperature on PVC test specimens)
• Provision and laboratory production of compounds in small quantities for customer sampling
• Independent execution of minor repairs, maintenance and improvement work on testing machines and laboratory equipment

• Completed technical basic training in the field of plastics technology, quality control, physics/chemistry laboratory or a comparable technical profession
• Practical experience in mechanical quality and routine testing as well as handling common laboratory equipment
• Very precise, structured and reliable working method
• Confident handling of common MS Office programmes
• Strong team spirit, solution-oriented thinking and high sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
