For our OR centre, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a trainer in surgical technology with a desired workload of 80 - 100%.

Your tasks
- Support, promotion and assessment of students in training to become a surgical technology specialist HF
- Ensuring a structured and high-quality practical training according to the curriculum
- Collaboration with the internal nursing education team, the higher technical school and the practice cooperation group
- Participation in the further development of the training concept within the organisation
You bring with you
- Completed training as a certified surgical technology specialist HF (TOA/OTA)
- Completed further training as a trainer or willingness to complete it
- Independent and responsible working style
- Committed and motivated personality who values good teamwork and enjoys their work
- Willingness to regularly work night and weekend shifts as well as public holidays
- Pedagogical skills, enjoyment in working with trainees, and high social and communication competence
