Responsibilities:
- Prototype and series tools: Programming and manufacturing of prototype and series tools as well as monitoring and optimisation of manufacturing processes
- Technical support: Supporting the mould shop team in the areas of turning, milling and eroding as well as maintenance, servicing and correct handling of the machine park
- Quality management: Ensuring compliance with quality regulations and deadlines as well as developing and implementing innovative ideas for process and tool optimisation
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed basic training as a polymechanic with experience as a CNC operator, ideally in the manufacture of tools for rubber moulded parts
- Expertise: Comprehensive programming knowledge in the area of CAD/CAM as well as analytical skills and a solution- and result-oriented working style
- Personal qualities: Motivated, flexible and team-oriented personality with good German language skills
