Decor/Cutting Methods Coordinator (M/F)

Your main tasks:

• Define programming strategies, associated tools and influencing parameters
• Set up equipment, develop programmes and approve them
• Ensure the correct definition of product specifications for operations, in close collaboration with industrialisation managers, draftsmen and method agents
• Share strategies and processes throughout the industrialisation phases
• Train and support users during process transfers between industrialisation and production
• Ensure technological watch

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic or micromechanic, or equivalent qualification with practical experience in cutting.
• Proven experience in the fields of decoration and cutting of watch components
• Knowledge of manufacturing or inspection of watch components
• Technical culture, curiosity and openness to new technologies
• Communicative, rigorous, organised, methodical and autonomous
• Analytical and synthetic thinking
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
