Plant Technician (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the assembly and commissioning of machines and production plants
- Analysis, identification, and rectification of technical faults in the areas of mechanics, electrical engineering, and control technology
- Ensuring reliable and efficient plant operation
- Conducting fault analyses and sustainably implementing corrective measures
- Identifying weaknesses in existing plants and initiating optimisations
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation to ensure operational safety
- Participation in technology and automation projects
- Independent implementation of improvement measures in the production environment
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments and external suppliers
- Support in the further development of manufacturing and assembly technologies
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable field
- Experience in commissioning machines and plants
- Sound knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, as well as measurement and control technology
- Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly technologies
- Knowledge of CAD applications and PLC systems
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as PDM and ERP systems
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills in dealing with employees and suppliers
- High initiative and enthusiasm for technical challenges
