Customer Service Dispatcher (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Planning and coordination of service technicians for repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Optimisation of deployment plans and routes for service technicians
• Telephone and written advice as well as customer support
• Receipt and processing of faults
• Administrative handling of customer orders (creation and invoicing)
• Preparation of cost estimates for end customers
• Participation in process and workflow optimisation
• Support in projects and activities in customer service

We expect

• Completed training as a commercial clerk (EFZ) with a strong technical affinity
• Completed technical training (EFZ) as well as experience in office work
• Very good Office skills, especially in Excel
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally with direct customer contact
• Experience in the scheduling of service technicians
• High initiative and independence
