In close cooperation with caseworkers and specialist agencies, you manage your cases responsibly and actively contribute to the further development of social work.

Your profile

You have a completed degree in Social Work (FH/University).
Ideally, you already have experience in subsidiarity and social insurance issues - or you are motivated to acquire this knowledge with us.
You enjoy working with people from different cultural backgrounds and approach them with empathy and a positive attitude.
You remain resilient even in challenging situations and are characterised by an independent and structured way of working.
