To strengthen our service team in the Neuchâtel/Fribourg region, we are looking for
INDUSTRIAL SERVICE TECHNICAL EXPERT
Your tasks – varied and responsible:
- Meeting our clients’ expectations both technically and by ensuring quality customer relations, thus actively contributing to their satisfaction
- After a training and integration period, you will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of installations in your geographical area
- Your professionalism and rigour will enable you to carry out your activities in compliance with contractual commitments as well as safety rules concerning property and persons
- As a true ambassador of our company’s image, you advise your clients, particularly in the context of renovation projects
- You also provide support to your colleagues in external sales regarding the marketing of installations
- You periodically ensure on-call service
Your profile – technically competent, personally convincing:
- Committed to service quality and endowed with excellent client relations, you hold a professional qualification (with a Federal VET Diploma) preferably in electricity or another technical trade; training as a combustion controller (ARPEA) or a federal certificate is an advantage
- Your team spirit, commitment and taste for challenge are assets that will enable you to succeed in your role and progress within our company
