After-Sales Planning & Coordination Assistant at 100%

Do you enjoy organising, coordinating and being at the heart of the action?

A recognised player in joinery in Geneva, we are looking for an After-Sales Planning & Coordination Assistant to ensure the organisation and follow-up of interventions with property management companies.

Your tasks

• Schedule appointments with tenants.
• Coordinate the technicians’ installation schedules.
• Ensure administrative follow-up and invoicing of interventions.
• Be the main contact for property management companies and tenants.

Your profile

• Organised, thorough and responsive.
• Comfortable on the phone and in managing priorities.
• Good service sense and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with IT tools.
• Experience in construction, real estate or after-sales service is an asset.
