For our successful client in the field of electrical engineering, we are looking for a personality for internal sales / production planning 100%

Tasks

• Internal Sales

• Support of existing and new customers via telephone, e-mail and, if necessary, on site.
• Preparation of offers, order acceptance and processing including checking prices, delivery dates and payment terms.
• Support of the field service with data, documents, samples and offers.
• Maintenance of customer and order data in the CRM or ERP system.
• Complaint and query management: You clarify open points with customers and coordinate the solution internally.
• Close cooperation with marketing/production regarding product news, spare parts, availability.

• Production Planning (AVOR)

• Planning and coordination of production orders: Determination of cases and resources (e.g. material, machine, personnel).
• Creation of manufacturing documents, parts lists, work plans and drawings for the production of luminaires.
• Scheduling and capacity planning: Ensuring that orders can be processed on time and production resources are used efficiently.
• Coordination with purchasing, production, warehouse and shipping regarding material availability, delivery status and production progress.
• Quality and traceability: Ensuring that the manufactured luminaires meet the requirements and that spare parts remain available in the long term (keyword sustainability).
• Continuous improvement: You analyse throughput times, production processes and suggest optimisations.

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training or technical basic training supplemented by commercial further training
• 3-5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the electrical sector or similar
• Very good PC skills, Abacus an advantage
• Open, proactive personality who enjoys working in a team
