Since July 2026, we have been located in our new premises at Steinenschanze 6 in Basel, which offer us more space for our growing team and personalised client support. At the same time, we continuously evolve our way of working and selectively integrate technologies, including artificial intelligence.

Your tasks

As a member of our team, you will support our clients in the following areas:

• Independent bookkeeping and preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Management of payment transactions as well as communication with clients, authorities, and financial institutions
• Administration of companies and foundations
• Payroll accounting and social insurance management
• Preparation of tax returns and support in tax and financial planning
• Preparation of VAT returns as well as monitoring of tax representations and withholding tax
• CFO services and interdisciplinary support of our clients on trust and business management matters
• Correspondence and client follow-up in French, German, and English

Your profile

• Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or trust services (or equivalent qualification)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the trust sector, ideally with independent management of demanding mandates
• Analytical mindset and ability to maintain an overview, including in complex and interdisciplinary issues
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment of client contact and building lasting trustful relationships
• Interest and willingness to evolve with us towards digital working
• Excellent command of German or French; applications from native German speakers are also welcome. Knowledge of the other language as well as good English skills are desired
