Maintenance Team Leader (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss manufacturing company with an international focus. The company develops and produces high-quality building materials and system solutions and impresses with technological expertise, high quality standards, and a strong market presence. Responsibilities:
- You lead a team of around 10 employees both professionally and organisationally, including deployment planning and team development
- In this role, you ensure the availability, safety, and performance of the production facilities
- As Maintenance Team Leader for Electrical Engineering, you coordinate maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting
- You manage PLC, automation, drive, measurement, and control technology
- In this role, you analyse technical faults and resolve them sustainably
- As Maintenance Team Leader for Electrical Engineering, you coordinate internal and external service providers as well as optimisation and continuous improvement measures
Qualifications:
- You have training as an automation technician or electrical installer with appropriate further education and expertise
- You have leadership experience
- You bring several years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and maintenance
- You have knowledge in automation and PLC
- You work analytically, solution-oriented, and independently, acting with a high level of safety and responsibility awareness
- You are confident in dealing with negotiation partners, document management systems (DMS), relevant KPIs, and KAIZEN / CIP
