PRODUCTION LINE MANAGER (M/F)
Mission:
- Drive the operational performance of the production line in terms of safety, quality, costs and deadlines, leading the team, with customer satisfaction as the priority
- Coordinate activities, support employees and actively contribute to continuous improvement and sector development
Your responsibilities:
- Manage, support and develop your team members, set objectives and evaluate performance
- Organise resources, manage workforce planning and ensure regular communication within the team
- Plan, organise and supervise production activities, adapting priorities according to customer needs and contingencies, and manage manufacturing orders with scheduling
- Ensure compliance with Quality and Safety requirements, lead corrective actions, participate in audits and implement continuous improvement actions according to Lean Manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with Industrialisation and support teams to improve technical performance and line reliability
- Participate in the preparation of your sector’s budget and anticipate future needs in resources, skills and equipment
Your profile:
- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent technical training
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in machining, with successful team management experience in an industrial environment
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and a strong interest in continuous improvement
- Natural leadership and ability to unite a team around common goals
- Good interpersonal skills, pragmatic personality and solution-oriented
- Autonomy, rigour, team spirit and analytical ability
