On behalf of our client, we are looking for a
Stamping Workshop Manager M/F 100%
- Higher education in mechanics, industrial production or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in managing a production workshop, ideally in stamping/deep drawing, cutting or machining
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and a strong presence on the shop floor
- Leadership and ability to unite teams
- Organisational skills and decision-making ability
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Rigour, autonomy and results orientation
PERMANENT POSITION - Excellent conditions, daytime hours, reporting to management, you will oversee the workshop activity and ensure the achievement of safety, quality, cost, deadline and productivity objectives. You will lead the teams and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial performance.
- Organise and supervise the workshop production
- Manage, support and develop the teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost and deadline objectives
- Optimise production performance (OEE, quality, yield)
- Monitor indicators and implement improvement actions
- Collaborate with Methods, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering departments
- Participate in industrialisation projects and equipment improvements
