Senior Consultant in Gynaecology and Obstetrics
The Women’s Clinic of Spital Thurgau AG, with locations in Münsterlingen and Frauenfeld, is a modernly equipped clinic with over 2,100 births and more than 2,700 gynaecological operations annually. We offer the full range of diagnostic and therapeutic gynaecology and gynaecological oncology services, including chemotherapy. The clinic’s focal points include the certified Breast Centre, the Gynaecological Tumour Centre, and the interdisciplinary Centre for Bladder and Pelvic Floor Disorders. Furthermore, we have recognised training centres in operative gynaecology and obstetrics, senology, gynaecological oncology, fetomaternal medicine, reproductive medicine (in cooperation with milagro), and urogynaecology. Together with neonatology, we form the Perinatal Centre Thurgau. As an A-clinic, we offer our assistant doctors a versatile and structured rotation programme with broad training opportunities. In addition to clinical work, we are actively involved in research. We participate in national and international studies and also conduct our own studies.Your responsibilities include
- Care of gynaecological and obstetric patients in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Independent consultation hours
- Participation in senior consultant duties at the Frauenfeld location
- Broad surgical spectrum in gynaecology and obstetrics
- Continuous professional development with the possibility of obtaining a specialisation title (e.g. senology)
Your profile
- Specialist qualification in gynaecology and obstetrics
- MEBEKO recognition
- Experience as a specialist doctor
- Very good German language skills
- Team-oriented, empathetic, committed personality with high social competence
- Interdisciplinary thinking
